Jones Junction Honored by the American Cancer Society for Leadership in Community Health

Jones Junction was honored at the American Cancer Society’s “Evening of Hope” gala, held November 6 at the Baltimore Museum of Industry. The annual event supports construction of the new Hope Lodge Baltimore, a “home-away-from-home” for cancer patients and caregivers who travel to the city for lifesaving treatment.

Bryan Kilby, President and Co-owner of Jones Junction, accepted the honor on behalf of the dealership group, recognized for its 108-year legacy of community leadership and philanthropic investment in health and wellness across Maryland.

The new Hope Lodge, scheduled to open in 2026, will expand capacity by 30% — from 26 to 34 guest rooms — providing 3,000 additional free nights of lodging each year for patients and caregivers. In 2024 alone, Hope Lodge Baltimore provided 11,790 free stays, saving families more than $2.6 million in hotel costs.

“Cancer touches too many lives — our customers, our employees, and our community,” said Bryan Kilby, President and Co-owner of Jones Junction. “Jones Junction support of Hope Lodge felt like a natural extension of who we are. It offers families a home-away-from-home during one of the most difficult times in their lives, and we’re proud to play a small part in that mission of comfort and care.”
