New Chair and Board Members for the Harford Community College Foundation Harford Community College Foundation (HCCF) has announced leadership changes for the new fiscal year. Lee Tayson will become the chair of the Harford Community College Foundation effective July 1, 2026, and serve for two years. Tayson has been on the Foundation Board of Directors since 2017 and is an alumnus of Harford Community College. He is replacing Eric Rebbert, who has served in the position with dedication for three years.
