Key responsibilities include:

• Project planning & vendor coordination
• Reviewing technical specs & guidelines
• Managing inspections & meetings
• Estimating costs & updating plans

• Associate’s degree in construction project management or a related field required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction & design
