At The Screaming Bean, we believe today’s cashiers are tomorrow’s managers—and leadership begins long before someone earns a job title. As a community coffee shop, we give back through every purchase while investing in the people behind the counter. Our employees learn more than how to prepare a great latte. They have opportunities to understand how a business operates, including the cost of goods sold, marketing, profit margins, payroll, and purchasing. We believe people make more thoughtful decisions
