Help the homeless animals at the Humane Society of Harford County while learning to relax your body and mind with exercises that improve flexibility, strength and coordination. This class is for adults 18+ please. Participants should bring a water bottle and a yoga mat. Proceeds benefit the homeless animals at the Humane Society of Harford County!
