This resource fair offers life-changing opportunities for previously arrested or incarcerated adults, their families, and/or anyone impacted by incarceration. The goal of the Second Chance Resource Fair is to connect citizens with important resources to reduce barriers to success. This year the fair will be held August 23, 2023 from 12 - 4 p.m. at the Aberdeen EPICENTER, 21 Aberdeen Shopping Plaza, Aberdeen, MD.
