Reins of Empowerment (first series)

Join us the last Sunday of every month for a transformative day of healing and self-discovery at our upcoming retreat.

We’ll begin the morning with Equine Gestalt, a powerful experience grounded in a deeply intuitive partnership with horses, supporting emotional healing from trauma, grief, abuse, or unfinished business.

After a nourishing lunch, we’ll move into art therapy, allowing creativity to guide expression and emotional release.

The afternoon continues with a group empowerment activity, (listed with dates) designed to reconnect you with your inner strength and resilience.

We’ll close the day in peaceful reflection with the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and sound healing, helping you integrate the day’s experiences and leave feeling grounded, renewed, and empowered.

Whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, or simply space to reconnect with yourself, this retreat offers a sacred space to begin your journey.

You can register for one day, or as many days as you would like. This retreat is priced per person, per day. No horse experience necessary.
