Description
The Harford County Community Services’ Commission on Disabilities is hosting a FREE conference for teens and young adults with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans (and their families) who are planning their journey from high school to adulthood. Workshops and resources will be available by agencies, vendors, support groups and other organizations that provide services to individuals with differing abilities.
