Description
Free Trunk or Treat for children of all ages and abilities! No registration required. Following our popular Wheelchair Costume Workshop, the community is invited to dress in their best costumes, collect some fun treats and marvel at the creative wheelchair costumes that were built earlier that day for some awesome kiddos! Bring your friends and family to this fun event sponsored by Harford County Government, Mt. Zion Church and the Harford Center.
