Halloween Hullabaloo
Description
Harford County Public Library invites families to Halloween Hullabaloo on October 25 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Abingdon Library, 2510 Tollgate Road. Participants will enjoy spooky-themed crafts, games and dancing. Costumes are encouraged. The event is supported by the Abingdon Friends of HCPL.
