Join us in celebrating the grand opening & ribbon cutting for our new member, The Loft Salon & Co! The Harford County Chamber of Commerce cordially invites you to attend the ceremony and to offer well wishes and congratulations.  Remarks and presentations will be held beginning at 11 a.m.  The Loft Salon + Co. will be offering 25% of all hair products and will be providing light refreshments for the grand opening celebration.
