 The Harford County Chamber of Commerce cordially invites you to attend the ceremony and to offer well wishes and congratulations.  Remarks and presentations will be held beginning at 11 a.m.  Paul Wenger, President of Flagship Premium Cinemas, will be on hand to share remarks along with our elected officials and dignitaries.  Flagship Premium Cinemas will be providing light brunch options for refreshments, free popcorn, swag bags, and giveaways.  Guests will be encouraged to tour the facilities and try the new luxury heated recliners and the self-serve popcorn machines.
