Topics include:

- The Equation for Persuasion
- The One Outline for Every Communication
- Jonita will also give a PBR. No, not that kind! These are Pieces, Bits, and Remnants that are universal truths for better communication.

About Jonita Shoaff
Jonita Shoaff holds a Masters Degree from Lincoln Christian University where she concentrated in courses on education, communication and leadership. Her daytime job is Program Coordinator for Harford Community College at the W.A.G.E. Connection in Aberdeen Maryland. She also teaches Professionalism and Public Speaking on campus. Her third job for HCC is as a contract trainer for companies. She is a 2006 graduate of the Harford Leadership Academy and was chosen by the class to deliver the graduation speech.
With Toastmasters International, she holds the highest designation ? Distinguished Toastmaster.
Ms. Shoaff is a visionary with an endless capacity for people and system improvement. She is an encourager for she believes people thrive best when they are encouraged and appreciated.
