Thirty juried artists from around the U.S. will paint outdoor scenes of Harford County during the 5th Annual Maryland Center for the Arts’ Harford Plein Air Festival, October 6-11. View and purchase these unique paintings on Saturday, October 12, 11am-5pm, Bel Air Armory, 37 N. Main St.; free admission. The Harford Plein Air Festival is supported by the Harford County Cultural Arts Board with funds from the Maryland State Arts Council.
