Founded in January of 2020 by the Decker family, SSGI is a successful and respected independent employee benefits insurance agency. Strategically located in the heart of the Mid-Atlantic, SSGI utilizes their expert knowledge of employee benefits to provide elite advisement and customer service nationwide from their Bel Air, MD offices. In October of 2020, SSGI acquired Pace Thomas Benefit Services, a 40 year old employee benefits agency located in Bel Air.
