Broad Creek Manor is a boutique, family-owned assisted living community nestled on 23 scenic waterfront acres overlooking the Susquehanna River in northern Harford County, Maryland. We offer a warm, home-like environment where residents receive personalized care while maintaining as much independence as possible.

Our small size allows for a low staff-to-resident ratio and truly individualized support. Residents are encouraged to remain active and engaged in daily life, from participating in household routines to enjoying meaningful activities that support physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being. As an occupational therapist–led community, independence and dignity are at the heart of everything we do.
