Office/Administrative Assistant
 
Looking for a full-time Office/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Towson, MD! We are a sales and management consulting & training company that is team oriented, client focused, professionally engaged, and purpose driven. If you share our values, have 2+ years of experience with reception and administrative duties in a professional office environment, and are personable, engaging, and VERY organized with the following qualifications and key competencies – please let us know!
 
Qualifications:
 
  • College degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional office environment as a receptionist or administrative assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (to include MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Valid driver’s license and own transportation required

Administrative assistant duties to include: Event registrations; Travel arrangements for company president; Calendar/schedule management and maintenance for company president; Business communications for company president; Other duties as assigned


Client administrative duties to include: New client onboarding; Sandler Online platform administration (client enrollment, license & coursework assignment); Collecting materials requested by trainers; Maintaining up-to-date client/company contact info (to include Constant Contact & SalesForce information); Send-out cards; Reports for internal use; Surveys; Research (industry info, new businesses in the area, local business accolades & events, LinkedIn prospecting); Marketing support as assigned; Other duties as assigned


Events/Training/Meeting preparation duties to include: Training center calendar maintenance; Material preparation and distribution; Room set up & clean up; Ordering food/meals; Tracking class attendance; Other duties as assigned


Reception duties to include: Receiving & greeting visitors; Office supply oversight & maintenance; Kitchen oversight & maintenance; Mail distribution; Phone duties; Other duties as assigned
