HARFORD COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
USE OF THIS WEB SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE ESTABLISHED BY THE HARFORD COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
When you access information provided on the Site, you acknowledge your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. References to "you" or "your" refer to you as an individual as well as in any representative capacity you may have.

SERVICES PROVIDED
The Site provides information of importance to the Harford County business community. The Harford County Chamber of Commerce may, as a service to its members, allow third parties to promote their services and/or products through the Site. The provision of such products and services is governed by the terms of use established by such third parties, and the Chamber assumes no responsibility either directly or indirectly for the provision of products or services by such third parties.
PROPERT RIGHTS ON THE SITE
Subject to these Terms and Conditions the Harford County Chamber of Commerce hereby grants to you, the right to access and use the Site for your own internal use. In your use of the Site you agree not to remove any copyright or other notices contained therein. Except as expressly authorized herein, you may not use, copy, reproduce, transmit, translate, offer for sale, sell, display, perform, distribute, publish, broadcast, circulate, modify, create derivative works of, disseminate, or commercially exploit the Site without the written consent of the Chamber. You also agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The Harford County Chamber of Commerce shall not be held liable for any improper or incorrect use of the materials or information described and/or contained in this site and assumes no responsibility for user's use of them. In no event shall the Harford County Chamber of Commerce be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury, including but not limited to those caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence or under any other cause of action.
MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING TO HARFORD COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE MEMBERSHIP.
By submitting a member application, you signify your assent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to them, please do not apply.
In applying for membership in the Harford County Chamber of Commerce, you agree to abide by its By- Laws and Code of Ethics. You understand and acknowledge that membership is a voluntary annual investment, for which select membership benefits are available to you according to your chosen investment level. Further, you understand and acknowledge that membership payments are non-refundable. As a member, you irrevocably waive all claims against the Board or any of its Officers, Directors, Members, and Staff as to its or their acts to elect, advance, expel or otherwise discipline you as an applicant or as a member. Further, you give permission to be contacted by fax, e-mail and post mail; to have your contact information on the website, social media channels, and other membership directory resources the board or staff may create as a member benefit for the organization. Additionally, you agree to be added to Harford County Chamber of Commerce’s Chronicle Newsletter email list and other email lists the organization wishes to add you to relevant to member benefits and opportunities. Attendance at any Harford County Chamber of Commerce event, activity, or function implies consent for photographs to be taken and used in Chamber publications and promotions in both written and electronic formats. Attendance also implies consent for you and your organization’s contact information, including but not limited to email, fax number, phone number, and address, to be shared with other Harford County Chamber members, Board of Directors, staff, partners, or sponsor organizations and/or representatives.
